Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Returns


We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused bikinis that are in new condition with all original tags attached. To be eligible for a full refund, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges applied to the original order, as these are non-refundable.

  • Return Process: To begin your return, please email us at questforodyssey@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions on how to proceed.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For the security of both parties, we require that all return orders be shipped using a trackable shipping service. This ensures we can monitor the parcel's journey and properly document its return.

 

Exchanges

Greece & EU Size Exchanges

 

We offer one-time size exchanges for orders delivered within Greece and the European Union. If you need a different size, please email us at questforodyssey@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original form.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping strictly using a trackable service.

• Once the item passes inspection, we will send the requested size free of charge.

• *Each item is eligible for only one exchange.*

• Exchanges apply only to size changes, not style or colour.

 

If your preferred size is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
 

Important:

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, used, or missing any of the original components, it will not be eligible for a refund or a size exchange.

In such cases, resizing or replacement will not be an option.

 

In such cases, the item will not be returned to the sender and will be responsibly discarded. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all returned items after quality inspection.

International Returns & Exchanges

For all other cases (including international orders or style changes), we do not offer exchanges. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchange Process: To initiate a return, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for size or style changes. If you need a different size or style, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

For international orders, the return and exchange policy applies as stated above; however, please be aware that:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes.

  • Currency Fluctuations: Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original payment currency at the exchange rate on the date of the refund, which may differ from the original purchase price.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective bikini, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Proof of Damage: Please send us an email with a description of the damage and a photo of the item. We will assess the situation and either offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Return Shipping: If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund within 5-7 business days after approval, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional processing time.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at questforodyssey@gmail.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items 

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Bikinis that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Swimwear without original tags or in used condition.

  • Final sale items or any products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at questforodyssey@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modifications.

Holiday & Special Promotions

During peak seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, or special sales events), please allow extra time for processing returns and exchanges.
